| About Me As of March 1, 2010, I joined the Microsoft team (based in Tampa, FL) as the new Visio Solution Specialist for the Greater Southeast Region. Although I recently started my career at Microsoft, I have well over 7 years of software sales experience. In 2003, I graduated from the University of Florida (GO GATORS!!) with a BA degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Mass Communications. Soonthereafter, I completed my MBA with a concentration in Management. My main goal as a Solution Specialist is to provide excellent customer service and make sure all of my customers are 100% aware of new releases, training, and other information. I would be glad to provide any type of Visio training needed within the organization. We can either perform this training onsite (over 60 attendees) or via a LiveMeeting session.
